Cash grants now available from Junius S. Morgan Benevolent Fund
Cash grants now available.
Junius S. Morgan Benevolent Fund is currently open for grant applications from nurses, healthcare assistants, third and fourth year student nurses volunteering with the NHS, who find themselves in hardship. Proudly supported by the Burdett Trust for Nursing, this grant hopes to help healthcare workers who find themselves in precarious financial positions due to unforeseen expenditure and debt.
The criteria for these grants has recently been extended to support and thank third and fourth year student nurses volunteering in the NHS for their heroic efforts battling and working to contain Covid-19. In addition, any registered nurse can apply as well as health care assistants who have practised in the UK. We hope that these available grants will alleviate some of the financial pressure on nurses and healthcare workers at this difficult time.
Cash grants of up to £1,500 per year are available. We aim to process your application as soon as possible. The fund does not pay residential or nursing home fees, respite care or funeral costs. Please go to our website to ensure that you meet the funding criteria and to fill out an online application form.
